Some links I think you will like

This page continues to grow as I come across websites I particularly like, which fit (even vaguely) into the category "creative" and I consider worthy of a "Special Mention." Sadly, when I checked recently (May 2006) I found that several of the lovely sites I had listed on this page had moved, evaporated into the ether or otherwise disappeared. If your site has been listed here in the past, please get back in touch with your new URL so I can reinstate it!

First of all, though, I'll have to put in some links to my own sites....

ME AND MINE - my personal website

DIANNE'S DESIGNS - free web sets for all occasions, copyright-free poetry for your site - it'll be easier if you go and see for yourself!

DIANNE'S WEBSITES - a one-page link to all the other 60-odd sites I have built over the years.

and now for the talent trail.....

"KINDERZEICHNUNGEN" - a really wonderful collection of drawings of children by the German artist Hans-Jurgen Stoffels. His is a rare talent, and his website is well worth a visit.

ETCHED IN TIME : words (almost) fail me on this one.... if you, like me, find it almost impossible to draw even a simple rectangle with an Etch-A-Sketch, just take a look at this site. My mind is still boggling.....

DIGITAL BLASPHEMY : No, this isn't a religious site. Ryan Bliss creates digital worlds out of his own imagination and makes them available as amazing "wallpaper" for your computer. The visual effects are astounding. Many are free; full access requires a paid subscription, which helps support his work. Creating worlds is "godlike", hence the site's name.

ANIMAL ART BY SANDY - another art work site which is worth a visit, both for the quality of her paintings and the overall presentation of her site.

CHRIS MORGAN ARTWORKS - used to be listed here before, did a disappearing act and has now reappeared again! Still an excellent site, with a collection of portraits of Stars and Celebrities by international portrait artist Chris Morgan from Bournemouth, UK.

LEARNING WITH EASE : on-line children's stories, all with educational themes. (Mirror site on this URL)

TRADITIONS UK is one of my own websites, all about British traditions and customs, but I'm rather pleased with it and think it's worth a link - take a look at it and see if you agree?

MEET THE M&M SISTERS is the unlikely title of the website for the wonderfully talented Rife family - meet the M&M sisters and their parents (and pets), view their work and whatever you do, don't miss the "Angel Story." (This is one of the sites which moved URL, but unlike the others, they left a message of where they'd gone!)

PARADIGM ASSOCIATES - look up "Paradigm" in the dictionary and you will find it says "a basic theory, a conceptual framewok within which scientific theories are constructed." Which leaves me none the wiser. Paradigm Associates are "Life Coaches" who promise to take you from where you are right now to where you want to be. Their aim is to bring life coaching within reach of everyone who can make use of it by allowing you to pay what you think it's been worth to you! This novel concept appeals to me enormously, in its openness and willingnesss to display TRUST - a rare commodity these days. Pay this unusual website a visit, you may may find it of great value to you.

HEROIC STORIES - Interesting, fun, short, true, non-religious stories about real people who step up to help others. Free e-mail subscription - See http://www.HeroicStories.com for details.

WOSIB - Women Of Strength and Inner Beauty. Says it all, really! A group for all women: age, race, colour, creed or orientation immaterial. The website has many "Gardens" and is well worth a visit even if you're not a member.

Another of the sites which has disappeared is the one where I had this animated signature made
..... if you know where Heather has gone, please let me know!
